UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £4.99
Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £9.99
Free Express Delivery on all UK orders over £750

International Delivery

We currently ship to selected European countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00pm GMT on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these to follow your parcel's journey.

Large & Fragile Items

Some of our larger lighting pieces are shipped via specialist courier to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delivery times for these items may vary — we'll be in touch with specific details once your order is placed.
