UK standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is also available. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Yes — once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to selected European countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

What bulbs do your lamps use?
Bulb fittings vary by design. Check the individual product description and the lamp rating label for the correct bulb type and maximum wattage.
Are your lamps suitable for dimmer switches?
Dimming compatibility depends on the lamp, bulb and dimmer. Only use a dimmer where the product instructions confirm compatibility.
Do your products come with bulbs included?
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, bulbs are not included.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right.

Warranty & Electrical Guidance
What warranty do you offer?
Beam & Bulb provides a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery under normal domestic use. Contact our team with proof of purchase and details of the fault so we can assess the claim and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund where covered. Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications and normal wear are not covered by this voluntary warranty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
What is the UK mains supply?
UK domestic mains supply is nominally 230 V AC at 50 Hz. This is supply guidance, not a rating for every lamp. Check the product rating label, supplied adapter and plug or fitting before use. Do not connect a product to an incompatible supply. Contact us before ordering if compatibility is unclear.
