Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is also available. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to selected European countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Products & Compatibility
What bulbs do your lamps use?
Most of our lamps are compatible with standard E27 or E14 screw-fit bulbs. Specific bulb requirements are listed on each product page. We recommend LED bulbs for energy efficiency and longevity.
Are your lamps suitable for dimmer switches?
Many of our lamps are dimmable when used with a compatible LED bulb and dimmer switch. Please check the individual product listing for compatibility details.
Do your products come with bulbs included?
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, bulbs are not included. We recommend checking the product description for bulb specifications before purchasing.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right.
